This adjustment allows us ample time to rebook accommodations. Guests who cancel with 21 days or more notice from the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 per cabin or 3% cancellation/credit card processing fee (whichever is greater). For parties booking two or more cabins for the same dates, a cancellation period of 30 days or more is required. No refunds or credits will be issued for “no shows,” early departures, inoperable appliances (i.e., hot tubs, etc.), or inclement weather, without exception. For cancellations or change requests, kindly contact our office. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional information. We advise considering the purchase of the available third-party travel insurance.
